Ingredients : 

Coconut Oil, Palm Oil, Safflower Oil, Glycerine (kosher, of vegetable origin), Purified Water, Sodium Hydroxide (saponifying agent), Sorbitol (moisturizer), Sorbitan oleate (emulsifier), Oat protein (conditioner), Wheat Protein (conditioner) and Grapefruit, Bergamot, Ylang Ylang, Chamomile and Sage Essential Oils.

Usage : 

Use this body soap bar as needed to cleanse your skin in the shower or bath. Recommended for daily use. If used daily, this bar will last approximately two weeks. Discontinue use if a rash or irritation occurs.
